She specializes in creating school-based solutions and turning them into successful proposals and actionable grants. This includes bridging the gap between company sales staff and various municipalities to meet each party’s specific needs. These projects include designing Professional Development, ED Tech applications and scale, curriculum based alignment, and market strategy/research.
Rayna's background includes a dual J.D. and M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction K-12; leading to an ABA recognized certification in Children & Family Law. These academic accomplishments were built upon her previous experience as a classroom teacher and B.S. in Elementary Education, ESOL, K-6. Working at the corporate, political, publishing, judicial and classroom level has given Rayna a well-rounded view of the current needs and state of the education market.

Mrs. Hemmings manages strategic curriculum planning, program evaluation and grant development to support education tech companies in the PreK- 8 market. Working in classrooms in Illinois, Ohio, Georgia and Virginia, Kristen has a firm foundation on the Common Core State Standards and its unique application across the US.
While at Falls Church City Public Schools, VA, Kristen spearheaded the reorganization and curriculum alignment of the Primary Years Programme. This included selection of text and manipulatives, adopting of CCSS and delivering hands-on training for key members of the staff. Her previous work as Team Leader in Gwinnett County Public School System, GA, provided Kristen with the opportunity to lead work on differentiation of the school-wide Mathematics curriculum, as well as, delivery of Professional Development to her peers.
Mrs. Hemmings holds a BS in Early Childhood Education from Miami University and a Masters in Early Childhood Education, Mathematics from Georgia State University. In addition, she holds active Mathematics, Reading and Gifted Endorsements.

Barbara has over twenty five years of experience in both public and private education, PK-8. She served on a local school board for eighteen years which brings an entirely different perspective to the needs of educating school children. She has been a Director of Finance and Operations for a private school for seven years and has successfully lead a school business office in every aspect of non-curricular functions, including budgeting, cash flow management, facilities management and construction. In addition, she is experienced in all ancillary services including Before and After Care, food service, extra-curricular activities and transportation.
Barbara’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. She is also certified as a School Business Official.
