The Company

WingaDoos is an interactive financial literacy journey that builds strong money habits in early elementary children K- 2nd grade through engaging video based storytelling and thoughtful lesson plans.

The Challenge

WingaDoos was poised to make the leap from concept to classroom, in need of educator insight and execution to bring their brilliant content, created by Emmy-award winning children’s TV producers, to meaningful life in the classroom context. With the implementation of financial literacy varying across the country, WingaDoos needed support crafting standards based lessons that could fit a variety of implementation models.

Our Role

RYE partnered with WingaDoos at the idea stage to help craft a scope and sequence that reflects CASEL and Jump$tart standards. To ensure content met teacher needs, RYE created and provided on-site training, professional development and delivered pilot lessons in classrooms on behalf of WingaDoos.
