Managing Principal Consultant

Rayna is the Managing Principal Consultant of RYE.  Rayna supports clients across each of our key service areas, which ensures a custom and comprehensive solution.  Rayna's experience, both in the classroom and in publishing, has given her a unique perspective to lead and support curriculum development, instructional design, and professional learning tailored to the needs of the current PreK - Higher Ed climate.  With this broad, yet rooted, understanding of the current market needs, she is able to customize solutions for, and with, her clients.

Her legal background provides an additional layer of expertise to the Procurement services RYE offers, and her ability to create customized proposals tailored to each client's offerings is second to none. Her background in the classroom often adds additional perspective on how to make these proposals appealing to the organizations putting the requests out.  

With her ability to bridge the gap between company sales staff, product experts, and stakeholders, Rayna uses keen market strategy to offer specific advisory skills.  These skills help foster the strategic relationships needed to develop an actionable plan.

With this depth and breadth of experience, Rayna is a sought after voice in the Education, Ed Tech, and Education Policy community. You can often find her presenting at renowned education-focused conferences throughout the country.
