The Company:
Integrate is on a mission to evolve the role of educational software from data manager to people-empowerer. Their software management system for K-12 schools sets out to save schools time and money, consolidating student data and giving educators streamlined access to learn, teach, lead and empower teachers and students.
The Challenge
Integrate products were perfectly positioned for the sudden need for distance learning as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold, but the organization needed insight into rapidly piloting and contracting with schools to seize the moment.
Our Role
RYE partnered with Integrate to provide valuable market insights and advisory on their pilot process and implementation design. RYE experts worked at-elbow with the Integrate team as they worked through rapid design cycles, both on product features as well as messaging, marketing, timelines and language around school partnerships.
RYE developed a pilot and implementation guide for Integrate’s internal use, providing insights and recommendations for Integrate’s trial, pilot and full contract implementation processes. This guide included the development of surveys for teacher and student pilot users to complete, providing valuable insights for the Integrate team both for product iteration as well as customer satisfaction KPIs.

Our Approach
Our approach was working in focused sprints to complement Integrate’s rapid growth and need to understand the market need in real-time. We created an actionable database that highlights market competitors, showcasing required features and then defining the application of those features in a pilot setting for Integrate’s strategic planning.
Our Result
With RYE’s beta, pilot and implementation framework, Integrate successfully initiated feature-specific pilots with several schools and planned school-wide full implementations with others. Their pilot process was significantly streamlined and improved by the market and implementation knowledge gained through their RYE partnership.
