THE CHALLENGE:
Digital Promise had a stable of professional development offerings for schools that had emerged organically from their research work with schools. As Digital Promise sought to expand the reach of these services, they needed market insights to guide the development of each offering, from technology audits to train-the-trainer technology coaching and teacher development.
RYE’S IMPACT:
RYE began its work with Digital Promise by conducting a two-part landscape analysis to support the development of a go-to-market strategy for Digital Promise's professional development offerings, built based on learnings from working 1:1 with schools. RYE analyzed this research in a database, with summary and market-based recommendations presented to the Digital Promise team. This research became the foundation for ongoing, targeted research projects across three of Digital Promise's offerings, with deep dives into competitors, pricing, and packaging, and relevant procurement history and patterns. With RYE's research and analysis, Digital Promise had a clear vision for their procurement strategy and clarified the vision for a number of their offerings based on market needs.
