# 24-88 Instructional Software for Special Education

Grade Level: K-12

Midland MISD intends to enter into a one-year term with an option to extend for two additional one-year terms with a pool of vendors that can deliver Educational/Instructional Software, Digital Resources, and Related Items for Special Education K-12.

Vendors responding should provide a discount off their list price for all items that the supplier may sell. The discount shall either be across their entire product offers (e.g., 15%), across categories provided by the Vendor (15% off K-12 modules, 18% off license renewals, etc.), or by the manufacturer (12% off Canon, 19% off Sony, etc.).
