Phoenix Union High School District requests to adopt a vocabulary supplemental program with digital access and/or comparable digital resources and materials for Pre-Emergent/Emergent English Language Development 1-2. Should be research-based, encourages mastery of high-frequency academic vocabulary in all content areas, and contain high-interest content for high school students.
