Spartanburg County School District Six is seeking to provide necessary equipment, software, supplies and training for an Incident and Case
Management Software to support the Transportation Department with the option to use elsewhere if beneficial to the district.
Specifications
The system should address the following deliverables at a minimum:
• Integration with PowerSchool
• Single Sign-on (SSO)
• Ability to automate the assignment of incidents/cases to specific users within the department
• Include a public-facing parent complaint/concern/contact option for our website that allows parents to directly enter a concern and have that concern routed to the correct staff member within our department
• Ability to customize unlimited forms for use in our department
• Ability to utilize and customize forms for student discipline
• Ability to utilize and customize forms and software for employee conduct/discipline
• Graphical and statistical analytical reporting on incidents/cases
