APS invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide an Evidence-Based Attendance Notification System.

• APS is seeking a vendor that provides a comprehensive attendance notification system that includes automated mailings and text message capabilities.
• The vendor must have a fully automated system that does not require manual uploads to obtain the data required for the notifications.
• The vendor’s product must be evidence-based. Research-based products will not be considered for this proposal.
