22-148 - PK-12 Arts Education Curriculum Writing Services, PK-9 Visual Arts & PK-10 Music

To ensure that all students have access to a high-quality arts education, the Department of Arts Education is seeking to procure Curriculum Writing Services (“Writers”) to facilitate the creation of the first-ever district-wide visual and performing arts curriculum system.

Writers should have primary expertise in at least one artistic discipline (music or visual arts), but should be able to demonstrate how the artistic process as defined by the Illinois Arts Learning Standards is translatable across all artistic disciplines (music, visual arts, dance, theatre, media arts). If a Proposer has
expertise in multiple artistic disciplines, they should elaborate on how that expertise positions them to provide the services in this RFP.
