Erie 1 BOCES requires a web-based document management system that provides an organized structure for district documents, such as policy and administrative manuals.
This system must facilitate transparency by enabling public and private access to appropriate documents, allow for continual updates, provide secure and easy access to authorized users, maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, and comply with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, it should seamlessly integrate with existing systems and be scalable to meet the diverse needs of various school districts. Historical documentation and current policies need to be retained and searchable.
