Irving ISD is seeking proposals from qualified consultants and speakers to provide Professional Development Consultant Services for the Special Education Department Staff and Administrators. The selected consultants and speakers must have expertise in special education practices, policies, and strategies. They should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality professional development sessions that are both engaging and informative, and will deliver interactive, research-based professional development focused on supporting Special Education teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals and related services staff using a variety of methods, including face-to-face, online, training-of-trainers, on the job coaching and observation. The outcome will be improved quality of one or more of the areas mentioned above. Professional development services may include consultation and/ or the direct facilitation or presentation of professional development sessions.
