RFI D23-031 Learning Management System

The Hawaii State Department of Education (Department) invites interested vendors to provide information and feedback to assist the Department in the development of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to determine if there are enterprise learning management system (LMS) solutions that will
facilitate the maintenance and tracking of professional development, compliance participation, and employee performance evaluation via a robust, easy-to-use, centralized system. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only.
The information received will assist the Department in preparing specifications for a subsequent solicitation.

Respondents are requested to describe or provide a reference to the accompanying functional use requirements describing how their LMS solution meets each of the line items. Complete the Request for Information LMS Functionality Table found on pages 2-5 of the RFI Document.
