Oconee County Schools (OCS) is requesting proposals from contractors that have the capability to supply implementation and licensing for a new Student Information System. The system contains demographics, grades, attendance, assessment data, discipline information, master schedule and class scheduling information, teacher grade book, and parent/student portal capability. The system houses data for 8,549 active students and over 19,665 inactive students. The current solution is self‐hosted, on-premises. OCS expects direct access to OCS data 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

All proposals must be clearly marked: "PROPOSAL FOR OCONEE COUNTY SCHOOLS Bid#: Tech-FY23-009-Student-Information-System". All proposals received after the designated time and date of the proposal opening will not be considered.
