Pearland ISD is requesting a proposal for Fine Arts catalog materials and supplies with the intent to establish sources to purchase different types of supplies and materials to support the Fine Arts department, including but not limited to band, theater, and art.

The district is compiling a pool of vendors in order to ensure that it finds the best pricing and availability for these goods and services, that will provide the best value for our purchases. Goods and services requested including but are not limited to the following:

• Music (sheet and bound)
• Musical Instruments, Supplies and/or Services
• Audio Visual/Media Equipment, Supplies and/or Services
• Instructional Teaching Aids and Supplies
• Piano tuning
• Equipment Repair
• Theatre Equipment
• Stage and Lighting Equipment, Supplies, and/or Services
• Performance Apparel, Uniforms, and Supplies
• Visual Arts Equipment and Supplies
• Software, Licensing, and Subscription Services
