Region 10 ESC is seeking on behalf of itself and the EdTech Cooperative membership software that delivers Administration Software to students and teachers. This category includes, but is not limited to:
- Technology auditing
- Mass notification
- IT Management
- Data warehousing and analytics
- Other software solutions related to administering schools

The scope of the EdTech Exchange Purchasing Cooperative is limited to online or computer-based products/solutions that enhance school operations, design and delivery of instruction, assessment/feedback, and/or data utilization. Additional services may be offered.

RYE Note: All pricing submitted to Region 10 ESC shall include the administrative fee to be remitted to Region 10 ESC by the awarded vendor. The awarded vendor agrees to pay a 1% administrative fee quarterly to Region 10 ESC of the total purchase amount paid to awarded vendor, less refunds, credits on returns, rebates and discounts, for the sale of products and/or services to Region 10 ESC and member agencies pursuant to the contract.
