37-22 Educatoinal Content Providers and Learning Management Systems

It is the intention of Region 14 Education Service Center to establish
a Master Agreement for Educational Content Providers and Learning Management Systems for use by Region 14 ESC and other public agencies supported under this contract. This contract will allow agencies to purchase on an “as needed” basis from a competitively awarded contract.

It is the intention of Region 14 ESC and NCPA to achieve the following objectives through this RFP.
• Provide a comprehensive competitively solicited Master Agreement offering Products and Services to Public Agencies;
• Achieve cost savings of Vendors and Public Agencies through a single competitive solicitation process that eliminates the need for multiple proposals;
• Combine the purchasing power of Public Agencies to achieve cost effective pricing;
• Reduce the administrative and overhead costs of Vendors and Public Agencies through state of the art purchasing procedures.

RYE Note: Each quarter NCPA will invoice the vendor based on the total of sale amount(s) reported. From the invoice, the vendor shall pay to NCPA an administrative fee based upon the tiered fee schedule below. Vendor’s annual sales shall be measured on a calendar year basis.

$30,000,001 - $50,000,000 1.5% Administrative Fee

$50,000,001+ 1% Administrative Fee
