The Utah Education and Telehealth Network seeks to license a comprehensive, efficient, and user-friendly cloud-based learning management
system (LMS) for teaching and learning across Utah’s K-12 education system. This will include credit and non-credit-based courses for students, professional development for school personnel, support professionals, and Utah Education and Telehealth Network's own staff. Additional services can be added within the nature and intent of the scope of work, if cost is determined to be fair and reasonable, by amendment, signed by both parties.

RYE Note: The award of this solicitation may result in multiple awards. UETN will be purchasing a single LMS solution for statewide K-12 adoption from the highest-scored proposal. This is a guaranteed purchase. We reserve the right to select the additional supplier(s) as an additional option that schools may opt to purchase through UETN. The second highest-scored proposal may be awarded a contract for optional purchase by schools. Costs for this additional option will be negotiated after the award. Additional option purchase amounts will not be guaranteed --only the primary selection will be purchased as the statewide solution.
