The Rhode Island Department of Education (“RIDE”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive, efficient, and user-friendly web-based learning management system (LMS) to host and offer professional learning, professional development, and technical training for school and district leaders, educators, and other identified users in K-12 and adult education. Staff members across multiple divisions at the Rhode Island
Department of Education will utilize a LMS to develop learning courses and trainings for teachers, administrators, support professionals and adult education providers across Rhode Island.

Vendors must have successfully installed the system, proposed or previous version, for at least ONE (1) other Government, State or Educational Institution.

This solicitation will be used to establish a master price agreement of qualified service providers.
