ITN-2023-00079 Comprehensive Catalog and Curriculum Management System

This competitive solicitation is an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) with the Florida International University (FIU) to enable FIU to enter into a contract with a Successful Respondent for an integrated software system to manage the curriculum process and produce an online catalog on behalf of the Office of the Faculty Senate and Office of the Registrar, respectfully.

All submissions must include a Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit (HECVAT) v.3 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) v. 2.1. Submissions missing these two documents will not be accepted and cannot be evaluated.

The integrated curriculum and catalog management software system shall provide a singular, paperless system for creating and changing courses and curriculum (including descriptions, course requirements), approval workflow, historical tracking of curricular changes, housing for official current curriculum, the ability to produce a web-compatible catalog, and the ability to feed various other processes.

RYE Note: The initial term of the contract will be for three (3) years with option to renew for two (2) additional two (2) year periods.
