THE CHALLENGE:
EYP was created to completely transform the ambition and prospects of young people entering the workforce. However EYP struggled to effectively identify which grade levels and audience they should target to market their product. EYP also needed more experience implementing their product effectively in schools and creating a robust, effective professional development complement.

RYE’S IMPACT:
RYE created a pilot timeline and implementation guide for EYP to pilot their product in schools. This guide included the development of surveys for teacher and student pilot users, providing valuable insights for the EYP team both for product iteration as well as customer satisfaction KPIs. They were able to focus their marketing and implementation efforts on specific grade levels that would provide the greatest impact on students' learning. During each collaborative session, RYE successfully worked with EYP to address current needs and thoughtfully design school pilots for their unique curriculum product.
