The California Department of Education (CDE) English Learner Support Division (ELSD) Migrant Education Office (MEO) is seeking proposals from eligible bidders who can design, implement, and operate a large-scale, statewide professional development project that supports culturally and linguistically diverse students by training teachers and instructional aides on how to mitigate educational inequity for migrant students through developing culturally and linguistically responsive teaching practices.

RYE Note: The CDE seeks proposals that provide culturally and linguistically responsive teaching professional development in the form of a Training of Trainers (ToT). This ToT will be held virtually due to COVID-19 and will serve Migrant Education Program staff throughout the state.
