St Paul Public Schools: Mathematics Manipulatives & Professional Development

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from well-qualified Vendors to provide the District with durable, grade-level specific, K-12 mathematics manipulatives and related culturally responsive mathematics professional development aligned to Minnesota’s math standards. Our goal is to improve and expand the use of instructional math manipulatives across all grade levels to improve students’ mathematical understandings.

RYE Note: The curriculum resources should have the Concrete - Representational - Abstract (CRA) model inherent and include manipulative-specific resource books with strategies for unpacking pedagogical moves for said manipulative. Finally, SPPS would like either digital or in-person professional development associated with these curriculum resources.
