Dallas ISD is soliciting vendor proposals and qualifications for contracted and culturally relevant learning opportunities for staff and students, services, and resources in the areas of: African-American literature, racial equity, cultural competency, and cultural intelligence using virtual delivery platforms, licensing of platforms, and student programming services.

RYE Note: Pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021, at 11:00 am CST via video conference. All interested proposers should RSVP via email to Francis Rodriguez at francrodriguez@dallasisd.org . The deadline to register is January 5, 2021, at 2:00 pm CST. Please submit (in writing) any questions regarding this RFP. Only written questions will be considered. It is highly encouraged that all potential proposers participate and attend the pre-proposal.
