The Houston Independent School District is seeking a comprehensive digital teaching and learning platform (DTLP) for use by teachers and students in the Houston ISD. The system will be used to effectively deliver both face-to-face and online learning. The DTLP should be hosted by the service provider (the agency), via the internet, for five (5) years. Vendors are asked to submit a recommended implementation plan and specify areas where services can be provided as well clearly specifying the responsibilities of the District.

RYE Note: The District is looking for experience providers of DTLP for K-12 learning environments. Five or more years of experience in the K-12 DTLP market will be required. Proposals should include a planned January 2022 pilot implementation with a district-wide launch in August 2022.
