The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide a vendor-hosted Academic and Career Planning Resource System (hereafter, the “Solution”) for Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools (WJCC) that aligns students’ strengths and interests to long-term aspirations, improving student outcomes and connecting learning to life. This tool would allow each student to have an ultra-individualized and customized approach to post-secondary exploration and planning that aligns with the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) Profile of a Virginia Graduate (http://doe.virginia.gov/instruction/graduation/profile-grad/index.shtml) and the WJCC Strategic Plan 2018-2023, Elevate Beyond Excellence (https://wjccschools.org/strategicplan/)
