The Province of Nova Scotia is seeking proposals for the provision of Student and Teacher Resources (print and digital) to Support the Implementation of Contemporary Canadian Studies in both English and French to the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (EECD).

The EECD requires the Student and Teacher Resources to:
• be high-quality educational programs and student services in both of
Canada’s official languages
• have strong assessment and evaluation services
•have a focus on creating a more culturally-responsive education system to
support inclusive student learning
• have a progressive and responsive policy environment
• be effective financial management, facilities planning, and comptrollership
• be effective opportunities for ongoing, high-quality professional learning for
teachers and principals

RYE Note: The initial term will be for a period of two (2) years. The Province reserves the right to extend the agreement for five (5) extensions of two (2) years each beyond the initial term, for an overall potential maximum of twelve (12) years in total.
