Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) on behalf of the Department of Education is soliciting proposals to develop master courses for adult education and literacy. This initiative is intended to maximize on the work conducted by the Iowa AEL providers in shifting their delivery to online due to the recent pandemic.
